3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
Bhojanalaya reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect information, unavailability of items, or operational issues.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated at the time of order.
Payments may be made via cash on delivery or other accepted payment methods (if available).
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order is confirmed and food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds are considered only in cases of:
Incorrect items delivered
Food quality issues reported immediately
Non-delivery due to our fault
Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Bhojanalaya.
6. Food Quality & Allergies
We take hygiene and quality seriously and prepare food in a clean environment.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or special dietary requirements before placing an order.
Bhojanalaya is not liable for allergic reactions if allergy information is not disclosed in advance.
7. Delivery Policy
Delivery time estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or incorrect delivery details are not the responsibility of Bhojanalaya.
Customers must ensure correct delivery address and phone number.
